Admission

Admission Procedure

Candidates / New admission are required to submit an application for registration on the prescribed form available at School office along with prospectus on cash payment of Rs..... They have to appear for admission test and interview on the date and time fixed.

On passing the test and interview, candidate is eligible for admission. The principal holds the right to reject or accept admission without assigning any reason. His/her decision, pertaining to admission will be final in all matters. Old students do not have to seek admission afresh next year, if they desire to continue, but must turn up. On the very first day of the new session in April. On failing to do so, it will be presumed thtat they are not willing to continue and hence their vacant seat will be given to the next applicants seeking admission. The old students who are absent on the opening of New session will have their names struck off the rolls and it will be difficult to accommodate them afterwards. So one must be careful and if due to any reason or unavoidable circumstances they can not attend, then an application with reason along with payable fees should be submitted to the principal.

School Reopens on 1st April 2025.

Required Documents

Pre Nursery
  1. Birth Certificate - Age not less than 3 years.
  2. Admission Form
  3. 2 Passport size photographs
Class I to X
  1. Transfer Certificate
  2. Marksheet of Previous Class
  3. 2 Passport size photographs
  4. Duly Filled Admission Form

For these students a written test is conducted in the following subjects : Hindi, English, Maths & Science.

Fee Rules
  1. Admission Fee is Non Refundable / Transferable.
  2. Fee is Charged for the full Academic Year.
  3. Parents/Gurdians are expected to pay the fees punctually latest by IInd saturday of each month.
  4. For defaulting students whose fees are not paid by the end of month, their name will be struck of the roll.

Such students who seek to continue will have to pay re-admission fees along with dues.

Readmission of such students should not be taken for granted. It will be permitted only on valid grounds.

Fees will be deposited at school counter between 9 a.m. to 12 a.am. every second saturday

Withdrawls

A student can be asked to leave the collage on the following grounds:

  • Indiscipline
  • Unsatisfactory progres in academic
  • Irregularity in the school
  • Failing twice in the same class
  • Non-payment of fees
